Your Well-Being is Our Chiropractor’s Priority in Victoria, BC
Doctors Cabrita and Chin are committed to providing affordable and scientifically based chiropractic care for our patients. We utilize safe and effective methods such as active release, soft tissue therapies, spinal manipulative therapy, and modalities (laser, ultrasound, TENS, and SpiderTech taping).
Optimize your sports performance through a nutritional and workout assessment from us. We draw from years of training and competing (power lifting) combined with the latest research from peer reviewed journals such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association. We do not subscribe to the latest nutritional or workout fads based on junk science.
We do not utilize unproven or fringe therapies and we do not promote excessive office visits.
Research Supporting Chiropractic Care
Recent research regarding the usefulness and effectiveness of chiropractic care is overwhelmingly positive. Spinal manipulation and other chiropractic methods have been shown to quickly and safely alleviate lower back pain.
Further, patients with lower back pain rank their experiences working with chiropractors more positively than they do similar experiences with MDs or orthopedic surgeons, due in part to the high level of personalized, client-focused care chiropractors provide.
This increased patient satisfaction along with the pain and mobility improvements that come with chiropractic treatment are strong arguments for its use in pain management.
